  • 50% deposit due within 24 hours of confirming.
  • Balance due 7 days prior to arrival.
  • A refundable security deposit of R2000 will be added to your invoice automatically.
  • Towels changed every 3 days.
  • Linen changed once a week.
  • Should you wish to cancel, the 50% deposit will only be refunded once the apartment has been relet in full.
